This company seemed great over the phone, but did not live up to expectations. I hired them to clean the carpets of my rental, and told them multiple times to bill me, since I was not home when they came. Despite my instrutions - and giving them my credit card info - they asked my landlord for the money. AND, they did a terrible job, so my landlord had it done again, and I ended up having to pay for that, too. They refused to refund any money, since they only have a "10 day guarantee", and I found out about it later than that. Overall, very disappointed, and would not recommend this company to anyone.
