    The loan officer Melanie has terrible communication.... The initial call was great but after that comminucation goes down hill. It has been been months and I've yet to receive any call, text, E-mail in response to my last call and emails... Never followed up with me on the process of owning a home.

    P.s.The receptionist or who ever answers the main lines were great... Professional&courteous.

    I hate to leave these kind of reviews... But this was my experience.
